(a) Why is Thedreamzloft the ideal blogshop to shop for handmade accessories?

(b) Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  I do ship overseas and PayPal is accepted. For overseas buyers, you can contact me directly for further enquiries.

(c) What is the material recommendation for sensitive ears?

Usually we will recommend Sterling/925 Silver hooks for sensitive ears.  You can opt for 925 sterling silver hooks at an additional $1.50.  If you wish to change just contact me lovely.closet@hotmail.com

(d) I would like to buy as a gift. Would you be able to mail it directly to the person the gift is intended for?

Yes, I do arrange for such request. Simply provide the addressee and shipping address details. If you have a love note you want to include, specify in the email and we'll package and mail it for you.

(e) Any tips on how to take care of jewelries?

Jewelries should always be handled carefully and appropriate care to it. Avoid wearing jewelries when swimming or taking a shower.  Avoid using perfume, soap, powder, detergents and moisturizers directly onto the jewelry.  For silver quality will oxidise very quickly if left unused and exposed to air for too long.  To slow down the oxidisation process, keep your jewelries clean after each used with a tissue paper or a soft cloth. Store them in a plastic storage bag or ziplog bag in a cool place.

(f) Can I request for alteration of length of necklaces and bracelets?

 You may email me with your request before item is sent out. No further alteration once everything is finalized. Generally, I do not charge extra for lengthening a necklace or bracelet provided it does not exceed 2 inches.

(g) How to choose the length of your bracelet?

Using a cloth tape measure, wrap the tape around the wrist,(right after the wrist bone) and add 2.5 cm to the measurement. That will be the length of your bracelet.

For example:

a) if your wrist measure 15 cm , add 2.5 cm and you would order a 17.5 cm / 7" inch bracelet.

b) if your wrist measures 15.8 cm add 2.5 cm, which would give you 18.3cm, round off to the nearest cm , that would give you 18.5 cm / approx.7.3" inches

(h)  How do I choose the right necklace length?

Necklaces traditionally come in seven lengths. Depending on the length, the necklace will hang to a different part of the wearer's body. If you wish to know more about the length of the necklace, you may refer to this useful guide of necklace length and to represents your personal statement of style, you may also refer to body styles and face shapes for an overview what is best suitable for you.

10- to 13-inch necklaces: Short necklaces, such as chokers, wrap close around the neck and measure 10 to 13 inches long.

16- to 18-inch necklaces: Certain chains, lockets, strands, and chokers measure between 16 and 18 inches long. They stay close to the neck. Attached pendants lie above the breastbone.

17- to 20-inch necklaces: Many chains, strands, and lockets, as well as some longer chokers measure between 17 and 20 inches long, meet at top of breastbone, and can attach pendants.

20- to 24-inch necklaces: Chains measuring 20 to 24 inches long meet at the top of the bust line. Certain strands, chokers, and pendant necklaces also come in these lengths.

28- to 34-inch necklaces: Long, 28 to 34-inch necklaces hang at or below the bust line or are worn as a doubled strand.

Necklaces 40 inches and longer: Often worn doubled or tripled, necklaces measuring more than 40 inches long can also hang at, or below, the navel.

Necklaces 48 inches and longer: Often used for long strands, necklaces measuring more than 48 inches long usually wrap or knot around the neck without a clasp.
